Office Needs takes our impact on the environment seriously, which is why we have been a Basildon Business Awards winner for "Environmental Awareness", as well as a Carbon Smart Gold Award holder.

We Use Solar Panels
We have solar panels installed on the roof of the Office Needs building, keeping our energy use as green as possible! And when the sun's not shining? Then we get our surplus requirements from Ecotricity, who use sustainable sources.
We Use Electric Vans
We have been busy growing our fleet of electric vans, making our local deliveries greener than ever!
We Re-use Packaging
We re-use cardboard packaging in our warehouse, shredding and re-purposing it to ensure every box has the greenest lifecycle possible.
We Reduce Energy Use
We don't just rely on green energy - we reduce what we use! Through the use of energy efficient lighting and motion sensors, we keep our building running on as little power use as possible.
We Aim For Efficiency
We plan our van routes carefully to ensure the most efficient deliveries - meaning that where non-electric vehicles must be used, we keep emissions to a minimum.
